Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before to your booked appointment to ensure a thorough massage session and to allow for a leisurely and unhurried experience. If your late arrival is unavoidable, your appointment can be shortened so that it ends at the scheduled time to be fair to clients after you. There will be a charge for the initial treatment fee.

Cancellation/No Show

Up to 24 hours before your appointment time, you may cancel without penalty. In our Professional Clinic, there may be a $25 cost for same-day cancellations. You will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee if you fail to cancel your appointment by phone in order to reimburse your therapist for their time.

Informed Consent and Confidentiality

You and the massage therapist will talk about the treatment strategy before each massage. You will be required to sign the Treatment Consent Form during your first visit with us to confirm that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to abide by Instant Massage policies and procedures. In order to make sure we have your most recent medical information and status, clients who haven’t visited the clinic in at least a year could be asked to complete this form once again. We maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding all customer visits and medical and personal data. Without your specific consent, we won’t discuss your session with anyone on our staff.

Existing and New Medical Conditions

It is the client’s obligation to tell the therapist of any medical procedures or prescriptions they are taking, and to obtain formal authorization for massage from a doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc.

Online Booking

We advise making your appointment as long in advance as you can to guarantee availability in order to get your preferred time slot. For your convenience, online reservations are available at  www.saminstantmassaj.com. At the time of booking, a credit card is necessary to hold your reservation. The sum of your payment won’t be decided till after your massage. In accordance with our cancellation policy, a credit card must be kept on file. Please take note that after appointments are scheduled, confirmation emails and/or texts are ALWAYS delivered. If you did not get an email or text confirming your appointment, please call (306) 807 2012.

Scope of Practice

At the Instant Healing Massage Clinic, all certified and insured massage therapists abide by the “Instant Massage Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.” At the Instant Massage Clinic, all certified and insured massage therapists abide by the “Instant Massage Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.”

Professional Boundaries

Any type of sexual engagement or conversation between a client and a massage therapist is not permitted. We have the right to terminate a massage session at any moment and to refuse a client’s request to see a certain therapist in order to safeguard our therapists and clients. A client could be charged for the entire massage session if the therapist terminates the session owing to the client’s improper behavior.

Age Requirement

A Minor Consent Form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for any child under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian must stay in the massage room or waiting area the entire time a child under 16 has a massage.

Insurance Billing

Direct billing to insurance companies is not a service provided by our clinic. For your session, we can give you an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. You must get in touch with your health insurance company to find out if massage treatment is a benefit that is covered under your policy and to get information on how to file a claim. Payment in full must be made at the time of service.

Membership Policy

The Instant Massage Therapy Clinic retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate memberships whenever it sees fit. Due to missed payments or improper conduct by you or a secondary member, Instant Massage Therapy Clinic retains the right to cancel memberships at any moment. All unused massages, with the exception of those that are terminated due to unacceptable behavior, will be kept on your account until they are used up or changed into gift cards of the same value. Benefits have no cash value, and any unused benefits will not be refunded.

Gift Certificates

Gift cards that are lost or stolen are not the responsibility of Instant Massage Therapy Clinic Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. Gift cards are not redeemable for money. Other gift certificates cannot be bought using gift certificates. For any reason, Instant Therapy Clinic maintains the right to reject service or cancel any gift certificate purchase and reimburse the buyer for the full amount of the gift certificate. The redeemer is responsible for paying any balance due if the cost of the service is higher than the amount on the gift card. Gift certificates cannot be used with ANY other discounts, including membership discounts, coupons, reduced gift certificates, or special offers.
